Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you request contact, we collect your name, contact details, preferred method and time, optional ZIP, and questionnaire answers. Answers can include age, nicotine use, and health conditions you choose to share. We also record consent text and choices, submission time, IP address, browser information, page URL, and referral campaign parameters.

If you request a DIME report by email, we also collect the debt, income, mortgage, education, existing coverage, and savings amounts you entered. We record your request and send the report to your email address, with a copy to Nate. Requesting a report does not sign you up for texts or ongoing marketing.

How we use it

Nate uses these details to respond, understand your life insurance needs, compare possible options, maintain consent records, and honor opt-out requests. This questionnaire is not a policy application. We do not sell your contact information or health answers.

Who helps process it

Railway hosts the site and database. Resend processes email, and Twilio processes text messages when enabled. Authorized service providers receive information needed to perform these functions. Nate may discuss next steps with you before submitting an insurance application to a carrier. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to end texts, or choose Call or Email. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information by contacting Nate. Records needed for legal obligations, consent evidence, fraud prevention, or opt-out suppression may be retained.

Storage and security

Questionnaire answers, unfinished contact details, and calculator inputs are kept in your browser’s session storage so a refresh does not erase your progress. This storage belongs to the current browser tab and is normally cleared when that tab closes. Calculator amounts are sent to our server only when you request an emailed report. Submitted information is stored in the protected database and messaging records. Access is limited to operational needs, but no transmission or storage system can promise absolute security. Avoid putting financial account numbers or identification documents in free-text fields.

Children and updates

This site is for adults. A parent, guardian, or eligible adult may inquire about a child’s policy. We may update this notice and display a revised effective date.
